January in Review

The year 2023 began on an event-filled note. The Empeal team in India got an opportunity to press the pause button on the virtual mode of work and come together as a team working shoulder to shoulder.

There were important workshops and events to attend which familiarized the team with a lot of business insights and enriched their learning experience.

Workshop on IMBIBING WELLBEING IN GENDER POLICY

It was a pleasure for Empeal Digital Private Limited 's Sohini De ,to be invited to give a talk on ‘How technology helps in developing workplace wellbeing’ and also participate in the workshop on IMBIBING WELLBEING IN GENDER POLICY, jointly organized by the #AmericanCenter and banglanatak.com in Kolkata on 19th January 2023.

The workshop aimed to design a sensitisation program for businesses for gender-affirmative well-being policies. Gender equality is a fundamental human right. An equal opportunity work environment is one of the crucial aspects that make a company the best place to work. Organizations championing diversity and inclusion implement gender affirmative wellbeing policies making their employees feel secure in their job and giving them a great work environment that encourages wellness, creativity and growth.

We are privileged that our CEO Sohini de got a chance to share her views on this subject of pressing priority.

Responsible Project

We are delighted to collaborate with EM Normandie Business School for the #Responsibleproject 3rd edition, formerly known as the Responsible Manager Award, in regard to the integration of Sustainable Development!

This project is an inter-campus contest for all 3rd year of the Grande Ecole Programme, from the Paris, Caen, Oxford and Dublin campuses.

We are looking forward to having a wonderful experience!

Empresario 2023, IIT Kharagpur

It had been an enriching experience for the young team of Empeal to be the finalist and partake in the business pitching session at the finale of #Empresario2023, organized by Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur

It was amazing to meet young entrepreneurs with great ideas in the making of great businesses. Meeting business stalwarts in the panel of judges was indeed an invaluable experience as well!
